I’ve been obsessed with fashion since I was a little kid. I still can’t get enough of it. It’s like I am always getting ready, the latest styles are always on the shelf, and now I can’t stop myself from buying them. A lot of people have commented that they feel like fashion is what they define themselves by, and a lot of outfits also have a deeper meaning that are tied in with the meaning of the person. I think this one is a good example, for my partner and I were looking to expand our comfort zone into something a little more formal. We are both very casual dressers, so the idea of looking formal was very appealing to us.
Its funny because I had assumed the dress shirts that I would wear were going to be the same as the one I wore for my wedding, but they looked like they were made for something else. Also, these shirts were so expensive that I was surprised that they were made for this purpose. It just seemed like a great way to make new friends, but a really weird way to express your love for your partner.
I’m glad that we could each wear our own wedding shirt, but it’s also a bit of a problem. Because I’m not exactly a model, I don’t have the same level of access to the latest fashions. And the last thing I can afford is a dress shirt that I feel is more appropriate for someone like me. So I had to make some compromises.
I think that I was the only one who was really pleased with the results.
