I have been working my way through the best fashion assistant online classes. I am loving the experience so far and am looking forward to my next class.
One class I really liked was the ‘design your own garment’ class. This is a class where you design a garment and sew it on yourself.
I can’t seem to decide if I like the idea of sewing my own clothing or if I think it would be a terrible way to spend my limited free time. I’m leaning toward the latter as I have zero sewing experience.
It really depends on your interest. If you’re a fashionista, sewing is the answer to your problem. If you just need to learn to use your sewing machine, go ahead and do it. If you have the money and the inclination to sew something, go for it.
If you want to be a fashion assistant, my advice is to just go for it. It’s a great way to combine some sewing and some fashion.
As far as I can tell, there isn’t a sewing kit in the game. Instead each of the eight Visionaries have their own small, but still useful sewing machine. You can use it to make clothes, and your job is simply to clean and maintain these machines. The Visionaries are so good at this that you can actually tell them to repeat a pattern that you’ve already memorized.
The other plus is that if you want to design some clothing, there are already three fashion templates, so you won’t have to design new ones. You just have to memorize the patterns and then design things that fit the pattern, like tights or shirts.
The main focus of this trailer is the design of your clothing. A few days ago we had a small group of women making a design that would mimic their own clothes, but the goal was to make it more feminine. The designers at this time were very good at designing in a way that made them less feminine. When I saw this trailer, I thought it was pretty cool. I haven’t seen the new designs in person yet. I can only imagine they’re not that bad.
